Reviews
The salmon was fantastic. The Swedish meatballs had very good flavor. Mashed potatoes went well with the gravy. The macaroni and cheese was very underwhelming. Service was okay for high capacity dining.
A land where you can eat Swedish meatballs and lingonberry sauce is an experience you need in life. The cost to food ratio is great and it allows you to try new flavors which is a plus.
Solid meatballs, also had a slice of the meringue pie for dessert. My only very minor complaint is that I wish there were more nut-allergen friendly dessert options.
This is a review of the cafe on the first floor, not the restaurant on the second floor. For the price you are paying, it’s a good deal. $5 Swedish meatball combo that includes mashed potatoes and cranberries, $1 hot dogs with ketchup and mustard. They have $1.75 pizza slices but for $8 you get the whole pie. Just know that the meatballs are not-regular sized, they are miniature so would recommend ordering multiple menu items if you’re really hungry. The hot dogs and pizza are served fast since they’re already ready, but the meatballs take a little longer since the combo has to be built. The service was a little slow with only 2 folks working Saturday at noon, but they’re super friendly and thorough in making sure each order is correct. I honestly loved the fast casual environment and value prices, and will be back.
I’ll give 4/5.. We were there on Sun late afternoon. The food was nice and hot and it tasted well.. the cool cases didn’t have a lot in them.. But I think that’s okay being it was very late afternoon..
We waited over ten minutes to be told they ran out of eggs and other items.
Then we were told they will start lunch early.
So we had to wait fifteen more minutes and
Get in a different line for lunch.
I had always heard the food here was good, so I tried for myself. They keep costs down by having cafeteria style. The cream cake with jam and marzipan was very decadent despite costing less than $2. Later my husband and I sat down for lunch. He had tenders and fries plus a side of veggie balls. I had the salmon meal. Everything we ate tasted good and seemed fresh. They have a bigger selection than you would expect. I am tempted to RSVP for their Midsomar meal.
AMAZING! Everything here tasted so fantastic, we fed a group of three and we were full until the next day for only 30$ 10/10 would eat again
